11 Sep Review „Nacht der Kunst“ 2020
Freitagabend, das letzte Bild ist eingepackt und ich bin nach wie vor etwas skeptisch ob ich die richtige Auswahl an Bildern getroffen habe. Und ja, etwas aufgeregt auch. Meine erste „Nacht der Kunst“ als ausstellender Künstler. Am Samstagmorgen hilft mir Andreas, ein guter Freund, beim Aufhängen der Bilder im Kaufland/ Gohlis Süd auf der Georg Schumann Straße. Acht Arbeiten meiner Serie „Schwarz Weiß mit etwas Farbe“ passen auf die Wand. Die Anordnung steht. Läuft. Und ab 16 Uhr geht es dann los. Eröffnung. Viele Hundert Menschen sind schon da und im Laufe des Tages werden viele Tausende, Kunst von über 150 Künstlern in verschiedenster Umgebung der Georg-Schumann-Straße ansehen,hören und erleben. Ich möchte mich auf diesen Weg bei all den Freunden, Familie, OrganisatorInnen, BesucherInnen bedanken. Gegen Mitternacht ist dann Schluss und ich hänge zusammen mit Maria, einer Freundin aus Erfurt, zufrieden meine Arbeiten ab. Es war ein super Tag, nette Gespräche, nette Menschen und jede Menge guter Kunst. Viel positives Feedback aber auch selbstkritische Erkenntnisse werden mir viel Ansporn geben für neue Arbeiten und falls die Möglichkeit besteht freue ich mich auf ein Wiedersehen bei eine der Nächsten „Nacht der Kunst“.
Friday evening, the last picture is packed and I’m still a bit skeptical if I made the right selection of pictures. And yes, a little excited too. My first „Nacht der Kunst“ as an exhibiting artist. On Saturday morning, Andreas, a good friend, helps me hang up the pictures in Kaufland/ Gohlis Süd on Georg Schumann Strasse. Eight works by my series „Schwarz Weiß mit etwas Farbe“ fit on the wall. The order stands. It’s on. And from 4 p. m. it starts. Opening. Many hundreds of people are already there and in the course of the day many thousands of artists from more than 150 artists will see, hear and experience art in various surroundings of Georg-Schumann-Straße. I would like to thank all the friends, family, organizers, visitors on this journey. Around midnight it’s over and I’m happy to hang out with my work.
